Item Information:

Q: How do I know the condition of an item?

A: Because we sell custom built items made from reclaimed wood and salvaged metal, we understand the importance of giving very clear descriptions and conditions of each item. Each item description includes the Item Condition and Item Details, as well as clear and detailed photos. Any flaws in the item are clearly described. 

Q: Where do you find the items you offer in your store?

A: All items available are custom built items that we've made to help you. The ideas are not necessarily original, but our take on a concept and we usually come up with these ideas to fulfill our own needs.  


Ordering Information:

Q: What payment options are accepted?

A:  We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Pay with Amazon, Google Pay, and Apply Pay (Apple Pay when ordering from your iPhone or iPad). 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped, it can be cancelled. Please note however, that we ship fast, so you'll want to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, if you wish to cancel. 

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: When you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email which includes a link to check the status of your order. When your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email, which includes a link to track your package. 

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: We do not offer ordering via phone.  


Shipping Information:

Q: What are the shipping charges?

A: Shipping charges will be calculated once you add an item (or items) to your shopping cart - before you checkout. The actual shipping charge is based on weight, size of the package, and your location. 

Q: How long does it take to receive an item?

A:  Delivery times vary based on your location and on the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout. Please see our Shipping Information page for more details. 

Q: I'm in Minnesota, may I pick up my order from you?

A: It may be possible to pick up your order. This depends on the day and location. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order to make pick up arrangements.  


Sales Tax:

Q: Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

A: Orders placed and shipped to states that require sales tax, will incur sales tax on the purchase price. You'll see this amount calculated on the Checkout Page before you finalize your order.  


Returns:

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: All sales are FINAL and are sold as-is. Please see our Return Policy for more information. 


Newsletter:

Q: Do you have a newsletter I can sign up for?

A:  Yes. We occasionally send our customers emails, especially when we have listed new items in our store, or are running promotions. You can sign up to receive this information using the Email Signup form on our home page.  


Consignment Information:

Q: Do you accept custom built items on consignment?

A: We are not currently accepting items to sell on consignment. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
